Recipient organizations are responsible for: (a) completing a train-the-trainer course relating to the use of the Ray-Ban Meta AI Glasses and providing the training to all recipient individuals, and (b) ensuring that use of donated products is consistent with applicable law and applicable product terms, safety information, privacy notices, community standards, and other policies provided by Meta, Ray-Ban, EssilorLuxottica, or their affiliates, including but not limited to, those available here. Recipient organizations must not represent that Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses are a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, mobility training, orientation and mobility services, assistive technology assessment, or other professional services. This program is independent of Meta’s distribution, promotion, or sale of medical devices and participation will not be used to influence, induce, or reward the promotion, purchase, coverage, or use of any medical device. Recipient organizations must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including laws relating to privacy, accessibility, healthcare fraud and abuse, consumer protection, export controls, sanctions, anti-corruption, and product use.
