What types of organizations are eligible for this program?

These offers are only available to organizations with these qualifications:

  • Are United States nonprofits with a 501(c)(3) IRS designation
  • Primarily provide advocacy and support services directly to the survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and sexual assault.
  • Are members of the Safe Shelter Collaborative
  • Have up to 50 employees
  • Have annual operating expenses less than $10 million

How many licenses can each organization request?

Eligible organizations may request up to 100 licenses of each Norton product per fiscal year (July 1 to June 30), at no cost, to be distributed to survivors or victims.

How many licenses are available through this program?

Through the end of June 2024, Norton is donating up to 5,000 licenses of each of the two products. Eligible organizations may request up to 100 licenses of each product. This quantity limit can be met with multiple requests. Nonprofits are recommended to request only the number of licenses that can be immediately distributed.

Can the nonprofit use these product licenses for their own employees and devices?

No. Recipient organizations must distribute the products to survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and sexual assault. Staff, employees, and volunteers of recipient organizations may not use these product licenses.

How much do these product licenses cost?

Norton and TechSoup have teamed up to offer these product licenses at no cost.

Requests are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days.
