Through a unique partnership with Norton, eligible nonprofits can request product licenses from TechSoup. These licenses can be distributed to survivors or used for your nonprofit's internal systems. What types of organizations are eligible for this program?

These offers are only available to organizations with these qualifications:

  • Are United States nonprofits with a 501(c)(3) IRS designation
  • Primarily provide advocacy and support services directly to the survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and sexual assault.
  • Have up to 50 employees
  • Have annual operating expenses less than $10 million

How many licenses can each organization request?

Eligible organizations may request up to 100 licenses of each Norton product per fiscal year (July 1 to June 30), at no cost, to be distributed to survivors or victims.

How many licenses are available through this program?

Norton is donating up to 5,000 licenses of each of the two products per year. Eligible organizations may request up to 100 licenses of each product. This quantity limit can be met with multiple requests. Nonprofits are recommended to request only the number of licenses that can be immediately distributed.

Can the nonprofit use these product licenses for their own employees and devices?

Yes. Although these licenses are primarily meant for distribution to survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and sexual assault, organizations that provide advocacy and support services directly to these survivors can also benefit from these products.

How much do these product licenses cost?

Norton and TechSoup have teamed up to offer these product licenses at no cost.

Requests are usually processed within a week.
