From Grant Search to Grant Success

GrantStation is a searchable database of grantmakers, plus the tools and tutorials to go with it. It helps nonprofits uncover funding opportunities, build stronger proposals, and win more grants.

On September 15 and 16, TechSoup members will get a 1-year GrantStation membership for $119. Two days only.

People built every profile in GrantStation.

Ask a chatbot for funders and you get a list in seconds, with no way to know which programs still exist or which deadlines have passed. Behind each GrantStation profile is a researcher who read four things:

Still have questions?

Can I buy it now?

Not at this price. The offer runs on September 15 and 16 only, and this page will switch over to the offer itself on the morning of the 15th. GrantStation memberships are available from TechSoup year round at the standard rate if you do not want to wait.

What does a GrantStation membership include?

A GrantStation membership provides access to searchable listings of global, national, regional, and local grantmakers, both private and governmental. You will also gain access to step-by-step tutorials on requesting grants, writing letters of inquiry, managing grant awards, and diversifying your grants portfolio. You'll also get the GrantStation Insider, a weekly email newsletter. The September offer is for a full 12-month membership, not a stripped-down one or a trial.

Who is eligible for GrantStation?

This special offer is available to U.S. nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status and to public libraries. Eligible libraries may request GrantStation for back-office use or other administrative purposes carried out by library staff. Libraries should contact GrantStation if they are interested in a program that provides access to their patrons.

The offer runs in the United States and Canada only. GrantStation is available year round from TechSoup at the standard rate everywhere else.

I already have a GrantStation membership. Can I use the September special to renew?

Yes. If you got your existing membership through TechSoup or from GrantStation directly, you can extend it a full 12 months through this offer. There is not a separate renewal product: GrantStation will provide instructions on how to apply the renewal to your existing membership.

When does my current GrantStation membership expire?

To see when your current GrantStation membership expires, visit GrantStation.com and log in to your account. From there, go to My Dashboard and then My Profile.

I want the GrantStation membership to go to someone else on my team. How do I do that?

After you enroll, you will get a fulfillment email, where you can follow the link to GrantStation's Contact Change Form. You can indicate the name and email of your team member. You could even just update your own email. In the following week, GrantStation will create the account and then send the welcome email to that email address.

Do I need to be a TechSoup member?

To acquire GrantStation through TechSoup, you must first register as a TechSoup member and have your 501(c)(3) or public library status verified. Register your organization to get started.

What is TechSoup?

TechSoup is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that's dedicated to helping other nonprofits to acquire and use technology more economically and more effectively. We partner with numerous tech companies to provide products and services to nonprofits and NGOs around the world. See what we do.

Can I find funding for a Rotary, Lions Club, or similar service organization?

Yes. GrantStation has a filter for clubs and associations, covering Rotary, Lions Club, Kiwanis, Elks, and similar service organizations. Most funding databases have no way to isolate this category, which makes it hard for smaller community groups to find money that is already earmarked for them.

Are there any restrictions?

Requests for more than one membership must be made with GrantStation directly. Current GrantStation subscribers may renew only one instance of GrantStation with this offer. Existing memberships obtained as a benefit from the Membership Value Program or the Premium Licensing Program cannot be extended with this offer. This offer is not refundable.

The offer opens September 15. It closes on the 16th.

Two days, and the price does not come back until the next one. We will send one reminder so it does not go past you.
