Intuit for Nonprofits allows organizations one donated QuickBooks Online subscription in their lifetime. Programs and departments are typically not eligible to request their own subscriptions, while separate branch or office locations may be eligible.

Organizations may need to request a new QuickBooks Online registration link for a variety of reasons (e.g., data migration failure, starting a fresh account). Since organizations can only request one subscription, you'll need to contact TechSoup Customer Service to request a new registration link.

Organizations are not able to apply the QuickBooks Online offer to an existing account. However, you can migrate your data from an existing subscription to a new, donated QuickBooks Online subscription through TechSoup.
