Once something is running, it needs looking after. A set number of hours each month against whatever you need that month, with an account manager who plans it with you.
What's included
- Three, five or seven hours of work each month
- A dedicated account manager and a monthly call
- Strategy, chatbot work, analytics, content and training
Admin fees are set by TechSoup. Maintenance plans run for a minimum of three months and unused hours do not carry over. Compare the maintenance plans.
